Dr.Glenneicer Ffrench,DDS is a great dentist. My experience with the treatment I've had to have on my teeth has been excellent with no pain. If your looking for a dentist she would be a excellent choice.

I went to Dr. Ffrench for extractions & implants for all-on-x. I've had extractions done before but I've never had a Doctor be as gentle and kind as Dr. Ffrench was! I really appreciate how much she cared and how patient she was with me with numbing. I'm normally anxious going to the dentist but having such a positive experience here is was really comforting and reassuring. The staff here is also really kind. Just a great group of people!

This is the BEST dentist in town. I have been going to this dentist for over 20 years and Lorraine has been there that any years plus. Her and Dr. French are THEE BEST. Always gentle too.

I went here for a cleaning. Dr. Ffrench was so kind! I also loved the way she cleaned my teeth, I've never had anyone use such upgraded technology to clean my teeth before! You can tell she really values providing quality care. The office is so cute and the staff is really nice as well. I'm so happy to have found my new home dentist office! :)

Nobody likes going to the dentist, but Dr. Ffrench and the team of hygienists did a great job at making it a comfortable experience. My first visit wasn't anything special, but when I was supposed to go back for a filling, I had an emergency come up and they were happy to reschedule with little notice, no questions asked. Dr. Ffrench and Lorraine had a friendly banter and were chatty and sweet. I ended up having a problem with my filling (not due to their fault) and they got me back in within an hour of calling. Lorraine was extremely thorough to make sure that everything was comfortable and correct by the time I left. They didn't give many aftercare instructions, but were happy to provide explanations when I asked. Overall, the office was friendly, appointments were quick to make, and they did a great job making sure I left with great teeth.

Royal family dentistry is a great place. From the receptionist being friendly as you arrive, which helps with those anxieties you may have, to the hygienist who is always friendly and willing to help answer any questions. She is always gentle with me as she prepares me for Dr. French. Both make you feel at ease and work great together. Most importantly do a great job on taking care of your teeth. Highly recommend!

The people working here were the best. They really care and make you feel comfortable.

Had a broken tooth causing extreme pain. Called and Dr Ffrench got me in that day and got the tooth pulled. She even made sure I was fully numb! Very professional, unlike other experinces I have had. The whole staff seems like they genuinely want to help people and they are great with nervous patients. I usually avoid going to the dentist at all costs, but now I know who to call in the future for dental work. Reasonable pricing as well for those who do not have insurance. Highly recommend Royal Family Dentistry!

If you have ever had an issue with going to the dentist and worrying about not feeling at ease you need to come to this place! I hate having a dentist asking me questions while my mouth is full of metal or suction hoses! Don't have to worry about that here. They have lively conversation going on between them that will have you laughing even with your mouth full! They are highly entertaining and definitely make you feel like family....I was even told I was family now. They are great to be in a room with and the work is exceptional, very caring and willing to work until you are completely satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone!

Dr. French is a jewel. Very gentle and patient as I am an adult but still fearful. I appreciate the pre-numbing rinse before my cleaning. She has a great staff as well. She also stays current on latest equipment and procedures. Very thorough!

Everyone there is so kind and amazing at their jobs, and the atmosphere is chill and calming.

The dentist was incredibly helpful and did everything to get me in last second with a cracked tooth. If you are the type of person that wants a more personal and caring experience, Dr. Ffrench and her lively staff will more than get the job done. Officially my permanent dentist and a great place with kind people from entrance to exit. Highly recommended

Dr Ffrench gave my husband a great dental experience and 2 beautiful fillings. The Front Desk staff were friendly, and checked him out quickly. What a fantastic experience from start to finish! Thanks everybody!

I was scheduled for a basic root canal, but during the process multiple emergencies occurred and there were also internet issues going on along with equipment complications but Dr French and her team stayed the course and finished strong throughout the process. Even though my roots were a little more challenging than expected, I returned the following day and Dr French and her team finished my root canal. I’m glad everything is over, but I definitely recommend, commend and applaud the professionalism and care that was extended to me during this time, even with it being over 11 hours to complete.

I was in a lot of pain when I called they got me right in and got me some meds to help with the infection and pain. Then the scheduled me in to have a root canal the next morning and they fixed my teeth. When she numbed me I did not even feel the needle so I was super excited about that. They are very friendly and kind to you. They make you feel like comfortable and cared for. I am very thankful for them taking such good care of me.

The staff is wonderful! They take the time to get to know you and really go the extra mile! Super friendly and helpful too! In and out in about a half hour! They even have the option for a message while sitting in the chair! I highly recommend them! Always had a great experience! *Updated to add: They took the time to discuss my insurance options (after my insurance changed) and tried to help me the best they could. Additionally, I don't feel like a bother asking for things like nature videos or a little break. Thank you!

I had dental emergency night before Thanksgiving (front tooth crown fell out). Didn't know who to call- 1st call couldn't get me until Jan 18th. Royal Family was 2nd call who were willing to get me in immediately but I couldn't get there before closing. They got me in first available after holiday wknd! They worked around other appointments, repaired the crown, adjusted prior dentist's worked and made sure I was fully happy before I left! VERY friendly and caring dentist/staff. And I didn't pay near as much as I expected. Highly recommend! Thank you Royal Family

I had a great experience with them today. I had a bit of an emergency - I lost a crown and they were able to get me in very quickly at the end of the day. Dr. Ffrench is great and her hygienists are as well. They really made me feel valued. These are very nice who work there.

Friendly fast professional

Dr. Ffrench and the staff are very friendly and caring, they offer great chair side manners and do not pass judgment. They use some of the newest mainstream dental tools, helping make your visit more comfortable and relaxing. I truly enjoyed the expertise and knowledge of the dentist assistant, Lorraine, who has been employed there for 20+ years, she’s a true asset to the clinic.

I was not a patient at this office, but I had a toothache so I called to schedule an appointment. I called 30 minutes before they closed and they asked me if I could come in right then. The whole staff ended up staying an hour after closing just because they were nice enough to see me that day. The staff is extremely friendly with a great sense of humor. The dentist, Dr. French, is young, intelligent, funny and a breath of fresh air! Definitely recommend!!

Every single person that I interacted with was pleasant, understanding, and knowledgeable. I had a ton of anxiety about going because I had neglected a tooth for far too long, but my anxiety vanished immediately. Dr. Ffrench was fantastic. She was super clear about what was going on, what my options were, and what she would do in my situation. I ended up having a cavity filled and it was the most comfortable I've ever been during that type of procedure. It hurt less than a cleaning did while I was in military. I can't recommend this place enough. This is my new dentist.

I have been to this practice beginning with Dr. Hurley, to Dr. Fillman and now Dr. Ffrench. As the years have passed, the doctors and staff have always been exceptional. Dr. Ffrench is very personable, explains each step in the process, and is always concerned about my comfort and pain level. The staff she has in-house could not be more pleasant and helpful, always working with my timetable in scheduling, answering all inquiries I may have and are very friendly. Lorraine is exceptional in her working with Dr. French during procedures. Having been with her from the beginning of Royal Family Dentistry, the relationship has developed into a real friendship. June 2023 I returned to have my new crown fitted and adjusted a couple of weeks later. The process went smoothly. The fit is perfect, and the color is also a perfect match to my own teeth. They were very accommodating in getting me in as I was in a lot of pain due to a cracked tooth. The staff helped me with every procedure. When Dr. Smith saw the X-rays, she came to me and said the tooth needed to come out right then! So it came out! They even called me later in the afternoon to check on me! I have a follow-up appointment scheduled for next week. I really lucked out with this dental office!

I have been at this practice since 1975 starting with Dr. Hurley. Dr. Fillmann has been wonderful since she took over and I will continue until she or I can't. Very professional and great chair-side manners. They're like family!

Highly recommend Royal Family Dentistry! I've been going for 8 years. Extremely professional and trustworthy and they provide the best quality dental care I've ever had. The office is very comfortable and the people are great. Message chairs and TVs in the rooms are a really effective distraction for those who are anxious about seeing the dentist.
